Standard delivery:

  • Flat rate delivery for most orders- £3.90 (any changes will be due to carrier)

  • Free shipping for all orders over £100

 

Estimated delivery time for a UK mainland order is 2-3 working days

UK Mainland only. Orders will be dispatched by a courier and will usually require a signature.

Saturday Delivery available until 3:00 p.m. on Friday (only available for orders under 150 kgs).

Orders placed on Friday before 3:00 p.m. will by delivered on Monday.

Return Policy

You the customer must contact us at PW Supplements within 5 working days if your parcel has not been received within the allocated shipping time. If you do not and the parcel is returned to us you will be required to pay for a second shipping charge at full cost. If for any reason at all you simply change your mind and wish to have you order refunded you will be charged a £4 refund transaction fee plus the cost of shipping if we have already sent it out to you. Should you wish to make a claim relating to your product i.e. damaged in transport, incorrect goods sent etc. This must be done within 24 hours of receiving your goods by email. After confirming any claim we shall promptly re-supply the goods or credit your account in full. Any cost for the re-shipping of product shall be the responsibility of PW Supplements.

No additional charges shall be the responsibility of our customers.

Product Returns

 

 

Non-defective products can be returned within 14 Days after shipment. Products must be as sold with all original packing material and invoice/receipts for a refund minus the original shipping cost we paid to ship the product to you. The restocking fee and shipping charge will not be applicable in the event an incorrect item was shipped. All items purchased from PW Supplements are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This basically means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

 

Product Exchange

 

We will gladly exchange our products, providing they are returned within 14 days after shipment and are in the same condition which they left. The costs for the shipping to return the parcel to PW Supplements, will be covered by the customer and the costs for the replacement to be sent out would also need to be covered by the customer.

Please note that whilst every effort is made to accurately portray the items shown on the website, variations may occur. All images represent an accurate portrayal of its stock at time of publishing, but are subject to change without notice. All care is taken to ensure that pricing is current and accurate at time of upload, however we take no responsibility for typographical errors. Any incorrect pricing will be immediately corrected upon notification.
In cases where the product you ordered is then discounted through promotion (after your purchase) we cannot refund the difference between your original order price, and the new discounted price.

If a product offered is not as described, your sole remedy is to notify within 24 hours from receiving the product and return it in unused condition. If for some other reason the customer would like to return the product the customer is obligated to notify us within 5 working days.

PW SUpplements does not sell products for purchase by children. We may sell children's products for purchase by adults. If you are under 18, you may use our website with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

Our right of cancellation
If for reasons beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to an inability or failure on the part of the manufacturers or suppliers of the goods to supply the goods to us, we are unable to supply the goods to you, we may cancel the agreement at any time before the goods are delivered by giving notice to you. We shall promptly repay to you any sums paid by you or on your behalf under or in relation the agreement. We shall not be liable for any other loss or damage whatever arising from such cancellation.
 

Ordering Procedure

Once an order has been paid for it can not be amended in any way. If you decide you do not want any items you have ordered or have chosen the wrong product you are able to return the items at your cost within 14 Days of invoice, in new condition with all original packing material.

Our supplier is PowerBody.eu and any orders placed on our site is then replicated through theirs. As such, we have mirrored and aim to act in accordance with their shipping info and policies
